Herman Guelovani is  Head of Leveraged Finance Markets at NIBC Bank NV, a leading European arranger of mid-market leveraged loans in Benelux and Germany. Herman is responsible for funds, CLOs and managed accounts investing in European leveraged loans and high yield bonds.

Prior to joining NIBC in 2005, Herman had worked for ING Capital Management, one of the early European CLO managers, and NatWest Markets / Greenwich NatWest on the sell side. Herman started his career at Price Waterhouse (London) and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
