He joined Jefferies in November 2012.&nbsp; Prior to Jefferies, Jason was the Global Head of CLO Trading and Co-Head of CLO Origination at UBS where he was responsible for re-starting the CLO origination effort.&nbsp; Jason spent most of his career at Lehman Brothers where his last role was Global Head of CLO Trading and Origination.&nbsp;&nbsp; Over his 25 year career in finance, he also spent time at Barclays where he was Global Head of CLO Trading, Morgan Stanley where he was a senior structurer in the CLO group and at Greenwich Nat West (NatWest Markets) where he focused on opportunities in structured trade finance.&nbsp; Jason holds a BS in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from the Kenan Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jason is the Global Head of CLO origination and US CLO trading at Jefferies.
